Only have three more “For Sale” horses to add, then need to update some pictures. I am planning on taking my camera out this evening to get some new photos of the horses. Next I will add the Stallion’s pages, then add the Online Store for my Halters and CRS Gold DFM. I am also going to add a page for my milk goats with information and pictures. I love goats and goat’s milk!
I am actually working on the site again after nearly abandoning it for over a year. Well, I didn’t really abandon it, I did keep the WordPress updates done. But now I am adding new information and pictures. I finished the “Riding Horses For Sale” page tonight and hope to get the rest of the site completed very soon!
I am working on this site at every opportunity. I currently have about 100 horse and goat rope halters to make with more orders coming in all of the time.
I have been getting too many orders for halters lately and my arms, wrists and hands are paying the price. I could only get one halter made last night before my arm gave out. I just had to quit, usually I can get several more halters made in a day than one, hopefully that was just a one time thing.
Right now I am switching between normal chores, rebuilding this site and tying halters, I am not getting much else done.
I also have a personal blog at Spinning Yarns from the Farm. I have been neglecting that blog lately. Usually I try to post to my blog once per day but haven’t been able to keep up lately. I am also trying to post something here as often as I can to learn the ins and outs of using WordPress.
I have started transferring our old site over to this new one. I have most of the skeletal work done. Now comes the hard part, transferring all of the information over and reworking the coding to fit in with this new site.
So far I have all of the settings the way I want them. The menu is done, created all of the new pages that I need and have the “Our Location” page finished, complete with maps and driving directions.
